Two Indigenous artist/musicians join forces for an inspiring musical event!

Mitch Walking Elk describes himself as a singer, song writer, musician and activist. He has toured Europe more than 30 times and recently released his seventh recording titled "I CAN FEEL THE CHANGE."

Winner of two Blues awards in 2005 and 2013 from the Native American Music Awards, he says, " No one is more surprised than me." Mitch performs folk/powerful protest songs of empowerment, rock, country, beautiful love songs and the Blues.

Annie Humphrey grew up on the Leech Lake reservation in Northern Minnesota. She has performed throughout the United States and is a recipient of the Native American Music Awards, the highest music award given to a Native Artist. She plays guitar and piano and is a great all around female Native artist. Annie attributes the talents and skills to her parents teaching her the beautiful things they know.
